At Solidara, we design and deliver programmes that foster solidarity, empowerment, and meaningful participation. While many of our initiatives are currently in development, our focus areas reflect the types of activities we actively prepare, support, and co-create with partners and communities.
We believe that the most impactful programmes are built together and we warmly invite individuals and organisations to share ideas and explore cooperation with us.
What We Create Together

Youth Exchanges & Learning Mobilities
We co-create youth exchanges and international learning experiences that bring young people together across cultures and borders. These initiatives focus on solidarity, inclusion, and active participation, using non-formal education methods to support learning through experience and dialogue.
Our upcoming youth exchange activities are currently in development, and programme details will be published soon.
If you have a project idea or would like to explore a youth exchange together, we invite you to get in touch.
Intergenerational Learning & Dialogue
We create spaces where young people and adults can meet, share experiences, and learn from one another. Intergenerational activities strengthen social cohesion by valuing both lived experience and new perspectives.
These initiatives aim to encourage mutual understanding, empathy, and shared learning across generations.
Intergenerational programmes are currently being developed and will be announced soon.

Youth Digitalisation & Digital Skills
We work with young people to strengthen digital skills and digital confidence, supporting them in using technology as a tool for learning, creativity, and social engagement. Our focus includes digital inclusion, digital storytelling, and responsible participation in the digital world.
Future activities in this area are under preparation, with details to be shared soon.
Youth Work & Capacity Building
We support the development of youth work practices by creating learning opportunities for youth workers, facilitators, and community leaders. Through training activities, peer learning, and international cooperation, we aim to strengthen skills related to non-formal education, inclusion, and community engagement. Training and capacity-building activities are currently in development and will be announced soon.
Open Invitation to Co-Create
Solidara believes that meaningful initiatives grow through collaboration. If you have a project idea, activity proposal, or partnership suggestion that aligns with our values, we warmly invite you to contact us.
Whether you represent an organisation, a youth group, or you are an individual with an idea, we are open to exploring how we can turn ideas into action together.
Have an idea, project, or activity in mind? Let’s explore it together.
